Hey, so here's the thing—I just found out I've been sued, and there's a default judgment against me. I couldn't respond in time because I was dealing with some major health stuff. I'm just now getting around to sorting through all the paperwork, and honestly, I'm not even sure who I'm supposed to contact. The paperwork lists Troy Capital as the plaintiff, but the contact info is for some attorney's office. If I'd been in a better place back then, I wouldn't be dealing with this now. This was about an old auto loan,?and the amount should've been covered by the GAP insurance. So, what do I do next?
