How do I remove a charge-off from my credit report?

Someone said dispute & put:

I have not supplied proof. Under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v. Gravens (Mo) 281 SW 715, 719. I presume that no proof of the alleged debt exists. Nor, therefore, any such debt.

Well, if it's accurate, you really can't get it taken off. If there's a negative mark on your credit report that's correct, the law says you can't make a creditor take it down.
