How do I handle a Discover lawsuit under my old name?

Yes. I always train in here. Update the PI section. Remove all old names and addresses. Submit Round 1 verification. Request the account be verified as accurate and complete. If not removed by Round 2, point out one or two factual errors. Send that dispute letter. Then continue the repair process.
