    Two years before you can contest it... better to just fix your issues. If it's collections request validation. Debts... they can be negotiated for reduction. Bankruptcy... that's a hard hit.

    A company is trying to sue me for a debt they bought... the original debt is from 2013. They're doing this in a state I no longer live in... haven't been there for over 10 years. The original case was in 2013... then the new company lawyer reopened it n 09/24. Has anyone had something like this...
