Why won't my First Latitude card accept debit deposits online?

Has anyone else had their debit card deposits not process on the First Latitude and First Progress Secured Card websites? This is getting a bit frustrating!

Yeah, this happens more than ppl realize tbh. With First Progress and First Latitude, the debit might clear your bank but the deposit often doesn't post in their system 'cause their payment processing is glitchy . Screenshot EVERYTHING, track the posting in your bank, and hit upp support to get a ref number you can reference. If it's still pending past the statement date, it could show up as late on your report that's when it becomes a big deal. You're def not the only complaint lol, just make sure you keep pushing and save all proof so you can fight it if needed .
