Yesterday, I got a letter?from Chase saying they're lowering my credit limit because I don't use their card enough. They also told me they checked my credit report and saw my usage on my other cards is low too. I've never heard of this happening before. Is this something new? It feels almost like retaliation for not using their card often. By the way, my credit score is 835. What do you think about this?
