What are my options with debt and bad credit?

Hey, can anyone help me out? I'm drowning in debt and student loans bc I legit can't pay. I make $3k/month, and all goes to bills. I'ev got two kids to support. What can I do? Should I file for bankruptcy? How do I start? I wanna buy a house, get a car, etc., but my credit's a mess. Help!
