What’s the best way to invest $540k with market uncertainty?

Hey everyone,

I’m hoping to get a bit of advice. I run a plumbing company that’s doing really well, and I’m 29. My partner and I recently!sold our investment property, and we’ll be walking away with around $870k. After paying off the investment property and our own place, we should have roughly $540k left.

On top of that, I’ve got about $700k tied up in gold and silver stocks through my business.

I’m just not sure what to do with the cash right now, especially with the markets feeling a bit all over the place. If anyone has thoughts or perspectives, I’d really appreciate it.

Lest we forget

Use leverage to buy another property. Stop selling property. That’s something to keep for 30 years.

At your age, time and leverage can make you very, very rich. ✨

You deserve sound structuring and asset protection advice. It genuinely isn't right to hold investment assets inside a trading company. Please, look into a separate asset holding structure.

So I've got 3 properties in Sydney. Owe the bank 1.8m, and 4 million has been paid off / gone up in value. Only 32. Not sure what to do next myself. Thinking of building or buying a unit block around Ashfield NSW, then going camping.
