Need a creative mortgage broker for $2M property—short $200K?

Looking for a creative mortgage broker... Property settlement soon—over 2 million in equity. Intention was to settle unencumbered, however... will be short on funds. There is complexity, but only need around 200k.
 
All brokers expect Macquarie's rate to be 5.34%.

If your documents are ready by the weekend, approval can happen Monday.

This assumes your finances are solid and the property is uncomplicated.
