Is sofi loans an ok company?

What do you guys know about Sofi? Are they OK? Should I refinance my student loans through them?
I've heard they offer low fixed interest rates, but you'd have to be employed. Well, that's not a problem in my case, but I'd like to hear other people's opinions about them before applying for a loan.
 
What I can tell you for sure is that the application / approval process is slow! I've heard about them as well and was curious to find out more, it seems people complain a lot about this particular aspect.
