SPORTS BETTING ALGO!!!! HELP
I’m reaching out honestly and openly, hoping for some experienced perspectives on structuring a betting/analytics service—and I’d truly value your input.
For context, the system I’ve built has been extensively tested over 72+ months and is currently producing a consistent monthly ROI in the range of 17%–22.657%. With that kind of edge, I’m now focused, with real care, on structuring the business in the most effective and sustainable way.
From a business and scalabiilty standpoint, do you think it’s better to:
1. Keep a smaller, more exclusive client base at a higher fee—focusing on personalised service, tighter control, and potentially stronger long-term client relationships, or
2. Scale to a larger audience at a lower price point—prioritising volume, accessibility, and maximising overall revenue?
I’m trying to balance profitability, scalability, client expectations, and the long-term integrity of the edge—and I feel the weight of those tradeoffs.
I’d genuinely love to hear from anyone who’s built or scaled subscription-based or performance-driven services—what path worked best for you, and why?
