Heyyy! So I'm trying to get my debt under control, and I've got like $4k in collections. One of them even threatened me with a lawsuit, but tbh, I think it was just a scare tactic cuz I was never served.

Btw, I just got!a secured credit card from Capital One—how do I use it to boost my score? It's at 560 rn, and I wanna fix that ASAP. ⭐ Thx!!
 
Use it for one bill, like Netflix. Link the credit card to your Netflix account, then set up autopay with your regular account.

Your score will improve. It’s not about the amount it’s about showing creditors you’ll pay back what you borrow.
 
So, here's the thing my mom got hit with some Macy's credit card debt, and honestly, she didn't think it was a big deal or even real, so she ended up a no show in court. Now they're coming at her again with the amount she owes, and it's all super stressful.
