I need to remove these from my credit report. Should I do a pay-for-delete or a settlement? Any suggestions?

Ask for a pay to delete. Often, the creditor says “no.” Nothing you can do.
Bad news: since 2001, 2009, the law changed. Debt collectors have power. More than you think. Best move? Try to settle. Tell them: hours cut. No money. Most debt collectors? They’d rather work with you. Than go to court. They usually win in court. You don’t want court.

Midland is straightforward to handle with just a Credit Karma dispute. I wish all of them were like Midland.

hey, just fyi MCM and JC do pay for delete they’ll take it off once you pay. Williams & Judge? they help schools get money back, but yeah we’ve gotten them removed too. btw, check the SOL 
also, you can use FDCPA violations to get ‘em deleted, or just dispute it if it’s wrong. tbh, paying alone won’t boost your score gotta get it removed. lmk if you have questions! we got you if you need help.

I have dispute letters for my clients on the first two items. You can dispute this yourself. PM me.
