Can someone help me reconcile bank transactions in Xero as a sole trader?

Hi there! I'm on the lookout for an accountant or someone who's got some experience with Xero. I'm a sole trader and I just need a friendly guide to walk me through reconciling my bank transactions and setting up those account codes.
