Can I get a $590K mortgage on $120K salary with $120K deposit?

Looking at a place for $590k.
I've got a $120k deposit and make $120k a year.
One dependent, and my partner's not working right now but plans to go back. I have $18k in credit card limits, but no other debt.

Finance needs to be sorted in 14 days, and this isn't my first home.
