Can I apply for a car loan under my company before home loan settlement?

Hello everyone,

I have a heartfelt question that's been on my mind. If my house loan has been approved in my personal name, but settlement hasn’t happened yet, would it still be possible for me to apply for a car loan under my company name—especially since the company is also under my ownership? I'm genuinely wondering if that might in any way affect the settlement of my home loan?

I made this decision before. Wait until settlement. I was rejected during, but got approved after.

Don't do it till after you've settled.

Better to do it AFTER settlement since some lenders will factor debts into servicing and calculations even if they're under the company
