Big picture loans are loan sharks? reviews?

Reviews about them are very confusing they seem to have a scary high interest is that so? or are they just simply a good lender.

Do not get credit from this company. This is a money mine, in no way should it be legal. APR is deadly. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible business, how can you say that you do not use this as a long-term financial solution if the annual interest rate is at least 6 times the amount you borrow? Do not do it.
 
The money was transferred to my bank, but now I can not log in to the website !! It asks my social security number to reset my password. Big picture loans looks so sketchy. You would think that this company wants to make its customers happy with a simple login.
