25yo w/ $500k: Best way to diversify after exiting crypto?

Hi gents,

I'm seeking some investment diversification advice—and let me be clear: I fully recognize how fortunate my position is, and I'm deeply thankful.

I'm 25. I have about $400k in crypto and roughly $100k in cash and stablecoins. A decent tax bill is on the horizon.

My salary is around $100k.

My weekly rent is $175—I share a house—and I have no kids.

Soon, I plan to exit most of my crypto holdings and diversify.

What guidance can you offer on my mortgage serviceability? ALSO, how should I,split funds between property, stocks, or any other investments you'd recommend for someone relatively young?

Thanks in advance.

I've been doing the same thing recently. I'm very invested in crypto, so I'm slowly moving some of my crypto profits into ETFs.

I try to tell myself I won't touch this money it's for the long term.

But crypto has definitely changed my perspective on gains and how long I hold investments.

I still think it's smart to keep a good amount of cash on hand.

My ideal plan is to have a 50/50 split between crypto and shares.

Here’s how I’m thinking about it: For our home loan, we go with the biggest mortgage and stick to minimum repayments. Super gets invested in ETFs. Then, with whatever’s left after taxes, we put it into ETFs or maybe an investment property, depending on what feels right.
