My former lender did not receive the payroll tax. I called several times to see where it is and I have not received a call back. It is extremely frustrating because my former lender marked my account as non-paying. (I was told by NALN not to pay my loan because the paycheck would cover it.) so no don't trust this company.
Was harder than necessary. Confused with the whole process. I still can't understand why the loan was not repaid after 11 days. A too slow process, would not recommend to anyone
