I must say that Kevin really went out of his way to help me get the money I needed. The numbers were confusing, but he stayed awake to keep me informed. The loan I needed was to help me reduce my credit cards and keep some of them. kevin was really good at least!
Very bad customer service ... I requested the loan, but after 2 days I have not received any calls, notifications, emails, I wish they just deleted my account ... but can you really trust them to?
I went for information and returned with the documents requested for my loan. In less than 15 minutes, I left with the money in my hand. Excellent customer service!
