Loan away bad? reviews

Sketchy at the best! Their loan request asks for extremely personal information before you know if the loan has been approved.
Well, I came here to see these reviews before going ahead and applying for a loan.
 
I had a loan, everything was fine until I got sick. I was in the hospital due to complications related to diabetes and my daughter asked them to send insurance forms so that my doctor could complete them. She was told that "She did not meet the conditions" to qualify for this insurance, although I had to pay around $ 40 per payment. Now they threaten me with a small claims court and they will take my car and blah blah. I have to ask for a legal opinion.
Stay away from the loan!
