loan depots process was awful and nothing but a time wasting experience. Working with Loan Depot was not a good time and very regrettable. I do not recommend it.
The individual appointed to my account after the loan officer was extremely unprofessional and often supplied information that was always inconsistent with the facts. I answer on a regular basis with a copy of a financial reports or similar to disprove his claims. Not once did he talk about his mistakes in reviewing and evaluating the information.
