We've officially dropped below $20,000 in debt! My heart is so full—these past two years of relentless effort are finally, truly showing their worth, step by precious step.
To share our approach: my husband covers all our monthly bills with his salary. As a stay-at-home mom, I dedicate every dollar I earn from DoorDash and Rover straight to our debt, purely to speed up this journey. I’m soon returning to part-time work as a cashier, which means I’ll be cashiering, dashing on my free days, and pet sitting until every last cent is cleared.
Just two years ago, we were facing $56,000. To see where we stand now fills me with such gratitude and hope.
My deepest wish is to pay off the remainder by the start of next year, if all continues to go well!
