Education loan finance good or bad loaner reviews?

I want to hear some experiences about education loan finances but the internet doesn't give me any answers so I wrote a thread instead.

Derek was good, but he didn't know that I refinanced private loans and I went to the Student Loan's website for more information. Not the end of the world, but no omen to set expectations. Otherwise, a good job.

The process was quick and easy. I was very impressed with the quick response time and working with Colene was good! I also got a good fixed price.

The lowest rates everywhere, an extremely simple application procedure, very fast responses from the company. I could not recommend them enough. Went from several student loans from 10 to 12% on a single fixed-rate loan of 5.8%!
