Affirm absolute garbage? reviews

Not so excellent customer service. I had a problem with an order and had to cancel it. The cancellation lasted a week. The representatives lied to me and told me that after the termination and restructuring I would have the same conditions. Three people, including the superiors, told me bluntly that they could not help me! No way! They could do nothing. The mistake is the algorithm and its terrible system. I just want my original conditions that I have accepted. If I could give the zero mark, I would do it.
 
I bought a Motorola G6 from Motorola funded by Affirm for a year and I only paid 35.75 interest. I also bought a ring alarm system and made interest-free payments for 6 months. I bought more items for my alarm system at 60.56 for 3 months and again 0 interest. I had no problem with Affirm and I highly recommend them. They are great.
