    What’s the simplest, most sustainable way to save money consistently?

    I am terrible at saving. I now use my 401k as my savings because I can't touch it. This is the only way I have found to save. I recently opened a new bank account, and I will move money to it once a month. That is my refrigerator account. I deactivated the cards for this account.
