    How can Chase garnish my 1099 income if I'm being sued?

    So, Chase is suing me . Got a garnishment hearing on 9/22. I've been out of work since March, but I finally got a job offer! Thing is, it's a 1099 gig. How's the garnishment gonna work with that?
