This might be a stupid post, but are there any GOOD banks out there for travelling? Do exchange rates and perks get better with a specific card? Cheers.
Which bank offers the best travel card with good exchange rates?

If it’s international travel you’re talking about, Wise is the way to go. There are plenty of similar options now, but it’s got the best exchange rates I’ve found in a retail type setting. They do charge a transaction fee, so the exchange rate isn’t quite as great as it first seems but honestly, still great, I think.

Macquarie Bank. Even their simple transaction account comes with zero fees, zero international fees, and zero ATM fees.

Macquarie Bank has no international conversion rates, etc. Wise limits you to 7k a month, then charges you.

Wise. And there is a decent Bank West card. No idea what sort. That’s my wife’s department.

I'm using Wise now, after realising the night before I left that my Combank travel card doesn't support Egyptian pounds. Seems good.

Revolut or Wise. I’ve found the exchange rates are way better. Plus, both have plenty of currencies to transfer between.

HSBC. 0 international and transaction fees if you're travelling really useful. I used it in multiple countries with no issue.

Ing and Macquarie. Ing for withdrawals, Macquarie for credit card.
