Bulk at Sam’s , tiny essentials at aldi & absolutely no name brands !!!!

I study the stores, noting their layouts, the timing of their sales, and the placement of their clearance sections. I also prefer to visit often, so that I am always hunting.

Coupons and deals. I base my weekly meals on the DEALS they have. Today got 6 meals for about $60.

I’m about to start growing a lot of my vegetables. I also try to use coupons. When I can, I buy in bulk and freeze. I also meal prep and meal plan.
