Separated with a joint ute loan—how do I sell or transfer it?

I'm going through a separation! I've got a ute on finance—both our names on the loan—and I desperately need to get rid of it. It's a 7-year loan at 12% interest, with a year and a half already paid, and I have to move overseas with my son! Am I completely screwed, or is there some awesome solution?
 
If you're separating... that's a couple expense. So she's on the hook for half too. Like a shared tab you both have to split.
