I was a diesel mechanic. Worked my way from on the tools to supervisor to workshop manager. Now running the parts business for Asia Pacific for a global company. Mostly from home, better money, easier on the body. Was just natural progression and employed by the right company though.

I'm beginning to work on improving my credit report. I want to get things paid off and removed. After reviewing my 3 reports, I noticed hard inquiries and soft inquiries. Is it possible to get these removed? Does removing them increase your credit scores?
