What are the risks of using a debit card?

    I remember a while ago I've read an article that presented some risks that come with using a debit card. I can't find the article anymore though, so I'm gonna ask you guys if you know if there are any risks involved with using a debit card (debit, not credit card). Thanks in advance :) :) :)

    I'd say the risks of using a debit card are pretty much the same as the credit card's. It can get stolen, just like a credit card, for instance.
    Maybe the 1 thing that makes it "dangerous" (although this is an improper term...) is forgetting how much money you spent. With debit cards, when you make a purchase, the money instantly disappear from your account, so if you forget you bought something and then write a check, you may risk for it to bounce. So, you need to keep track of your every purchase!
