The uncertainty of property prices weighs heavily on my heart. I'm looking at purchasing an investment property and a commercial shed locally for my work and storage. I know no one has a magic ball, but I'm earnestly seeking opinions and different perspectives on,residential and commercial prices—what people truly believe will happen—and also whether one option might be a better choice than the other at this stage, with the economy and everything else.
