Should I Attend Court for Interrogatories After Judgment?

I have a judgment against me from Midland Credit, and I've received a notice of interrogatories and a court hearing. Since there's already a judgment and wage garnishment, do I need tto attend this hearing? What should I do next?

I need to respond to the interrogatories and determine if attending the hearing is mandatory. Consulting a legal advisor would be wise to ensure I handle this correctly and avoid further complications.

If you miss your court date, the other side might automatically win, and they could start taking money right out of your paycheck. But here’s what you can do: let the judge know you just found out about it recently and that you’re down to work out a payment plan if they can prove it’s really your debt. Just a heads up, in some states like Florida, they can take up to 25% of your paycheck.
