Personal loan or home loan for house renovation

    Can anyone please tell me which loan is best for home renovation. Should i consider personal loan or home loan.

    I think we need more details before we can give you a straight answer. How much money do you actually need? Do you already have a mortgage? If yes, do you have a low or high interest rate on your mortgage? (this is to compare whether you'd be better off getting a second mortgage or if you should refinance it).
